When it comes to dairy innovation, Pariva is on the leading edge.
Their spreadable, marinated yogurt bites fill a savory niche, bringing probiotics and flavor to snack time and meals. Product innovation is only part of the business equation, though. With an aim to boost sales and expand their market presence, Pariva owner Manjarrie Saha applied for the Dairy Marketing and Branding Services Grant. In October 2023, Pariva was awarded $50,000 to elevate their brand with the help of professional marketing services.
The project began with crafting a Growth Plan strategy.
With their marketing contractor, Opus, they refined the Pariva label and introduced additional packaging options. The Growth Plan identified new market segments, such as caterers and restaurants, and helped Saha compile a comprehensive list of target businesses in the New England area.
Pariva’s digital marketing efforts kicked off with a significant overhaul of their website and social media pages, assisted by the agency Laveh. Saha developed an advertising strategy and refined her campaigns month by month based on previous results. The impact was immediate and remarkable: increased brand awareness and engagement led to higher product visibility and sales.

“The results were beyond our expectations. We transitioned from sporadic orders to consistent monthly orders, which was a substantial increase for our small brand,” Saha said.
Pariva’s digital marketing efforts also facilitated a successful expansion into new territories, including New York and New Jersey. Even without in-store demos, products flew off the shelves, demonstrating the power of strategic digital marketing. Engagement metrics from their marketing efforts reinforced Saha’s belief in the power of digital marketing.
Sales increased by 200%, proving the transformative impact of their strategic initiatives.
As Saha and the Pariva brand move forward, they’re building on this momentum by creating new product lines and developing a strategic plan for further growth.
“I am also working with a Business Development CPA to explore the possibility of establishing our own production facility, which seemed unimaginable just a year ago,” says Saha.
The success of their marketing efforts has not only increased Pariva’s sales but also attracted potential partners and investors. Saha is excited about the opportunities ahead and is committed to continuing her journey with the same passion and dedication that has brought them this far.
